Visitor visa for parents if their child is in US with pending asylum case

Hi! I want to know can parents get US visit visa if their child is in US with pending asylum case? (No interview yet) Parents have Indian passport but living in Dubai & have UK, Europe travel history & they also have Canada visit visa? But their son is in NY with pending asylum case...Please reply, thanks...

Yup, I know they can apply but I want to know there chances of getting visa? Or if they will be refused because of their son?
