Hi,
I have graduated from a univ in NJ and now currently living with my hubby in CA. I wanted my parents to apply for the visitor visa to attend for my grad ceremony in may. I have got the invitation letters for them from the university. I'am currently unemployed and my husband has currently filed an application for extending his H1B and meanwhile his I-94 has been expired. We have sufficient funds for sponsoring for their trip.
* Can my husband be the sponsorer??(he'z continuing to work for the same company however)
*Would it be a problem if we put the CA's address??(as the univ is in NJ)& will they have any prob at the port of entry?
And regarding the documentation, do i need anything else other than DS 160 confirmation, 156,157,158,I 134, proof that my dad is currently employed in India(he'z a govt. employee), required funds in the bank accnts.
