signature for DS-160

hello again,
i want my brother come to visit me with B2 and i want to fill form DS-160 for him ....but im not sure if there a signature needed in form or only in confirm letter they will send after i will send the form...
is there any difference in form if i complete it but not him , i'll just send him the confim letter by post , he can sing it ....will they ask him who complete the form? or it will be shown somehow that its not him who completed it?
and is it even important?

yes i already read all that...thats why i had the question because for me its not clear enough..
"if the applicant....is unable to electronically sign the form.....the onlibe form must be submitted by ....other individuals..."
what is that mean ? i didnt start to fill out the form yet so i dont know how the signature is supposed to be signed at the end so i DONT KNOW!
what is electronically sign ? how is that even works...and SUBMIT is that same as SIGNATURE?
i can type all the necessary answeres from myself that its OTHER person who filled the form...

If you had really read the contents in the links carefully, you would know what exactly is electronic signature. It is clearly described there. Read again and again until it is clear to you as there is no better or simpler way to explain that what is already written there.
