Help with I-160

Hi everyone! I have a question, it is about ds-160. I live in the US, and want to invite my parents to my wedding. None of my parents speak English so I filled the form for them, but made a mistake - there was a question - the country of birth, current name, so I put Ukraine, as mom was born there, actually when she was born it was a Soviet Union, but now the part where she was born is Ukrainian one, then next question about nationality it was said, that I should put there the same country as a country of birth, so I put Ukraine, but then on the confirmation page it was said, that my mom is a citizen of Ukraine, but my mom is a citizen of Russia, because by the time when the Soviet Union was broken, my mom lived on Russian side, and after she changed the passport because of age, she's got Russian passport, so that means it is a huge mistake in the online form now. My question is - can I fill another new online form for her, or it will be a problem and violation of law?
