how to stay legally

HI,I am 26years old,not marrried.my parents are permanent resident.i am in USA now on B2 visa.My I-94 expires on August.I want to stay here what are my options?
If my parens file I-130 for me and later I apply for student visa /F/will be it regected to me as there is a question if s.b. is ever file I-130 for me?
please give me advise what to do?
Is it a good idea to stay illigally and wait what will be the new immigration reform?

1. You can not really stay for a long time on tourist visa.

You may want to get student visa or work visa such as H1.

If I-130 has been filed for you, getting student visa may be a problem.
