Exit Permit

Dear Sirs,

My sister is visiting me in India and has received an exit permit as this is the second visit within 2 months. She was due to go home today 21/04/10, but her flight was cancelled to the UK. Can she still use the same exit permit when she leaves the country as she is not sure when she can get a flight. She is contacting the airline everyday to get booked onto another flight but with the back log she could get little notice when she can get a flight.

All I need is confirmation that she will be able to use the same permit when he exits the country or if not what do we do.

Hello,

I sent to below email yesterday and need a response urgently. My sister has an exit permit with yesterday's date, but with the trouble with all UK flights being cancelled she was unable to leave. She could get allocated a flight at any day and wanted to make sure she would have no issues leaving the country.

Please can you confirm if this will be an issue as soon as possible

There is never any problem leaving the U.S. It is about reentering the U.S. in future.
