    1. no. actual stay is determined at port of entry.
    2. yes

Please do not post same question multiple times. Also, please do not post it here and then email us also. It causes unnecessary duplication of work for us.

Pregnant visitor with B2 visa at US port of entry

I pregnant (over 8 months) and I am visiting the US for the first time. I own a B2 visa.

      (1) What are the challenges I will face at the US port of entry.
(2)Pls. are there things I need to do to avoid any embarrasement at the port of entry.
      (3) Should I decide to have my baby in the US; is there any problem?
      (4) I intend to ask for a long stay of about 4 month at the port of entry. Is there any problem with that. How do I achieve this.
      Thank you.
