In DS160 under "Travel Companion" do i enter son's name on H1B

    In DS160 under "Travel Companion" do i enter son's name on H1B

    Hi
    I would be travelling to US on tourist Visa with my son (whose H1B stamping already has been done). In form DS 160 under travel companion do i need to enter his name? It says to enter name of all those who are USA VISA applicant. In my case my son should not be the VISA applicant right? so i need not to enter his name? Please guide

    Travel companion is for other purposes (such as coordinating travel plans). It's not necessary for you to list your family on it, but you're encouraged to do so. You can list your son with the H1B. It will not affect your case at all.
