Visitor's visa for the spouse of a permanent resident

Hello,

I am a Green Card holder working in USA for a HVAC company at present. I plan to get married sometime around March, 2020 and wish to bring my spouse to USA. I actually plan to permanently move back to our Indian office in Bangalore sometime near the end of 2020.

The waiting time for dependent EB1 visa for Indian citizens is 2-3 years and I am trying to see if my spouse can get a tourist visa. I have heard that in situations like this, there is a high chance that spouse's tourist visa will be rejected since they may sense an immigration intent.
Would my intent to move back to India permanently around December 2020 disprove her immigration intent? Would it help if I have an official statement (signed by HR) stating that I am moving back to India permanently soon?
Is there anything else that I can do to secure a tourist visa for her?

If you can prove that you'll surrender your GC & return, then certainly yes.

That letter has no value - it can be revoked anytime.

Get her tourist visa before your wedding, on her own merits.

I agree with Libra here, that your best bet is to try and get a tourist visa on her own merits. There are no other, quicker ways to get her a visa to enter the US. Your letters and statements hold little value because they're not enforceable. So, don't stress trying to figure out if letters/statements will help your case.
