Parent on visitor visa can take care of my kid

Hi,

I am travelling with my kid in 10 days. My parent have visitor visa for 10 years. Can they travel with me and say at port of entry that they will take care of my kid while i go to office. Is it allowed under visitor visa rules and regulations.

They should not say that as it would be considered baby sitting (work without pay) and cause problems for them.
