Urgent help :Please help me

I am applying for visa for my parents and brother.I have filled in the DS 160 for all three of them.
My query is
1) Do they need to take appointment/Interview dates for each separately??
(my father is sponsor for both my mom and my brother)

2)Also while getting dates the website ask for passport number,ceac no,etc so do we need to put passport number of all three in same page??

If yes: in same form of appointment/interview??

If No: in this situation can we get same interview date??

1. Yes. They can have the same appointment.
