Will there be a problem if I leave US without my I-94? When I applied for an extension of my stay, I submitted the original I-94 as directed in the "on-line application". Now, I intend not to wait anymore for the approval or denial of my application for the extension. But I don't have the original of I-94; i just have a copy of it. Will this be okay?

Thanks for the quick response. I have some follow-up questions though. One, will the original I-94 be returned and sent back to me with the response/result of my application? Two, how long is the processing time for application for request for the original I-94?Comment
