  • Documents needed for re-entry

    Hey..
My mother has a 10-yr Multiple entry visa. She visited USA in 1999 for around 2 months. She is planning to come & visit me now. Earlier she came, the 1st time to visit my aunt (her sister-who sent the papers for her) & I was not here yet. Was in India. Can someone please tell me what all documents I need to send for her....what will she need at port-of-entry?
    Thanx

No need to send any documents. Nothing needed at port of entry.

Just buy airticket and visitor medical insurance. Insurance available for instant purchase at https://www.insubuy.com

Thanx a lot for the promt reply..
Wont an invitation letter be needed?
How will the customs officer decide what date is to be put on the I-94 card? Wont the customs have any problems or ask questions about who will support my mom's trip?

No custom officer asks who will support her trip. All that is only at the time of getting visa.

Custom officer's job is to oversee import/export of goods/money/gold etc.

Even though it is not required, you may send the invitation letter.
