Visit Visa for Mother and Brother (Married)

Good evening all,

I am on H1 visa for past one year. I am planning to apply for a tourist visa for my mother and my brother (married) with a reason that he will be accompanying mom during travel. He jus just returned back from Saudi and been there for about 4 years. My mom and dad Visa got rejected once before in 2015. So mu question is what are the chances for their Visa approvals and if rejected then do they reject both or give Visa to mom at least.

I don't think that a good reason for your brother to get the visa. I would suggest to re-apply for your parents alone & have your brother try separately after your parents get visa.
