Dear sir,
I am from Kathmandu Nepal. I normally used to come USA for business.
When I travel US last year I got 3 months port Entry(I-94). I never applied for extend before I applied through Lawyer,but I need to back my home country(Nepal) before I got the decision of extension
Because my father passed away.
When I back I got the letter of Decision and my application was denied.The reason was I abanded change of status application.
So please can you help me , giving some information. Is there any problem if I travel again with the same visa
