Sponsorship for visitor visa

Hi,

I have a question on sponsorship for visitor visa to Sister-in-law (wife's sister). She is planning to visit us for a month with her 2 sons. Which is advisable? To be a self-sponsor or should I be the sponsor for all 3? Which is a better way to go? Which will sound good for a visa officer?

If she can take care of the expenses herself, self-sponsor is better.
Otherwise, a sponsor is required.
