Hello!

My sister and her husband are applying for visitors visa. My brother-in-law is the main applicant. I have a question regarding the online form.

1) Do you have any immediate relatives not including parents in the US?

For this question what should my brother in law fill----Should he say "NO"

2) DO you have any other relative in the US?
For this should he say yes and then specifiy "SIs-in-Law?

My sister is also accompanying him. How should we answert the above questions?

Immediate relative means the first level relative, like parents, kids & real brother, sisters.

2) DO you have any other relative in the US?
For this should he say yes and then specifiy "SIs-in-Law?

Other relatives includes even second level relative as well, like uncle, cousin etc.

My sister is also accompanying him. How should we answert the above questions?
