Want to go to US to see my kid

I have my kid in USA. Me ex wife is in US. She withdrew my Immigration petition. Now I want to see my son. Are there any good chances for me to get US visitor visa? I have a good job here and make decent earning. I just want to go there and return back after 2 weeks after seeing my kid.

Chances are less for tourist visa, considering you earlier showed your immigrant intent.

Is your kid a US citizen? If yes, give it a try for your visitor visa. You can probably get it.
