No entry on Passport or online i94 record

There is a problem I wanted to discuss in this forum and need urgent help! My parents came to visit us in the United States for the 4th time on December 30, 2019.

However, this time my Mother's passport doesn't have a US entry and no entry in her online i94 record as well but my father has both. They both weren't together at the port of entry as my mother skipped the queue to get the immigration CBP form and wasn't allowed to join back my father so they both came out separately.

Can I take my mother to CBP office in San Jose Airport or any other office along with her passport and boarding pass to get her record updated? Or do I need to hire an attorney for it?

Wait for a week or two, probably there may be some delay in updating online I94. Then yes, visit the POE & have it verified/stamped.
