Visitor Visa Rejection - No Properties, Only Child - Option for reapplying

Hi,

I am on L1 Visa, I am the only child (Male 26 years old) to my parents. There are no properties like Land, house, Flat in India for us.

In Mar 2010 - I applied for a Visitor visa to my parents, but it got rejected.

Father - 61 - retired worked as an Electrician privately (House hold wiring)
Mother - 58 Housewife

Questions asked in the interview:

1. for Father - are you working now / or taking care of agriculture ? -- No
2. Do you have any Land, house on your name ? or atleast on your Son's name? -- No
3. Do you have any other Children in India? - No

Visa rejected - Failed to satisfy the officer that they would come back to India after their USA visit.

I Purchased a flat 30 Lakhs worth on my name in April 2010.

--> Can we reapply for my Parents Visa by showing this as a proof after 2 months ?

or
--> a few people are suggesting that going through a tourist agent will work in getting the Visitor visa.
Tourist agent will provide the document proof about my parents tour plan / hotel booking etc.,
Using that, getting the Visitor visa is easy although there are no properties on your in India. not sure, whether it is true.

Go with plan A.

Enrolling in a tour or going through agent does not help.
