Dad's visit to USA question...

Actually my parents are planning to come & visit us. I live in USA with my husband since May 2003 (on L1/L2 visa). Our visa is valid until Apr 2006. Refer to my previous thread 'Documents needed for re-entry' posted 12/13. So this settles that I dont need to send anything for my mom (inviation letter at max).

My dad hasnt been here yet. He doesnt have a visa. I need to send papers for him. My aunt (mom's sis) is a USA citizen. I was wondering if she should send papers for him or I should? Will her citizen status, help my dad's visa case?

If your mom's sister is US citizen, it is not going to be any help for your father's visa.
