When I fill up DS-160 form, I get a question ""Do you have any other relatives in the United States" under the family section. when I say "yes", I don't get any other box to fill up the details of other relatives. However, when I went for my interview today, the consulate said that my application is incomplete due to this field. I am thoroughly confused on how to fill up further information when no such field comes up..

Has anybody else faced this problem?

Do you mean that I should be actually getting a small box for filling up details of "Other relatives" like for "Immediate relatives"? I have not seen this referenced in the FAQ given by the state department or any other place.

Please advise.

I think something is wrong with your computer or the answers you have given.

thanks for your answers. However, I have looked at the sample DS-160 as well. To the question "Do you have any immediate relatives,not including parents in the US?", if one says 'Yes", there are related boxes to fill up details of immediate relatives. However, in the sample DS-160, there doesn't seem to be the next question "Do you have any other relatives in the United States". Even if one says "Yes" to this, I don't seem to get the related boxes to fill up details of these relatives.

I have tried this from 3 computers now and so don't think that the problem is with the computers. Filling up the form wrong seems unlikely since these 2 questions are independent of how I filled up other questions.

I am filling the DS-160 form as well, now after looking at ur problem i am confused as well. I am not getting a box to fill details as well. Are you sure your form was deemed incomplete because of this info ? have you managed to resolve this issue yet? pls help.

I am also facing the same problem. On selecting Yes to "Do you have any other relatives in the United States?", no extra fields are coming help. Please help.
