Parents & Sister VISITOR VISA APPROVED !!!!!

My parents n sister interview was on 13th april....tat time parents got 10 year multiple visa but sister visa was rejected under 214b. But then again we applied for sister and am so happy tat she got visa. Her interview was on 5th may at Mumbai consulate....Thanks a lot Immihelp n administrator for helping me so much....this site is really amazing..i got each n every Q answer immediately after posting my query's........THANKS IMMIHELP.

Did your sister approach the 2nd interview any differently? I am glad that it worked out well for your family. I am also kind of in the same state as visitor visa was denied for my sister family and I am planning to re-apply soon. Any additional information would be helpful.

Hi dks ,

The application was all same but we described the job duties of my sister in detail as of previous. I don't understand the reason of first denial because she is school going student n is just 14yrs n fully dependent on parents.

The VO asked only 1 question to my sister n that about her age...n other 2 to 3 questions were asked to my father.
And she got 10 yr multiple entry visa....that's it.


I suggest u to reapply soon for your sister family and mention the job duties clearly and in detail. Hope this would help. Good luck...
