I-94 question

I am traveling from Delhi (India) to Chicago (USA). I am taking Air India flight which I need to change at Frankfurt (Germany). There is a section in I-94 which asks for the Airline and country where you boarded details.

1) Since I would reach US on a flight which I change in Germany, do I need to write its number (the second flight) or the one which I take from India?

2) Since I change flight in germany, what would be my country of boarding? Should it be India or Germany?

Please clarify.

You need to write the flight no of Delhi to Franfurt. & destination as Delhi to Chicago.
