Sponsor documents for parents visitor B2 visa

Hello Immihelp Friends,

I have couple of questions regarding the sponsor documents which I have already sent to India for my parents B2 visa interview.

> My mom don't have surname in her passport there is only given name. What can I fill in surnames field and will this create any problem during interview?

> I am on H1 visa and my petition is getting expired in August 19th 2010. I have already filed for my extension and its in processing with USCIS. Will this create any problem for getting visa? I am planning to bring my parents for 5 months duration.

> In the sponsor and visitor documents "date" if its more than one month will this create any problem? I have already sent required docs (bank statement, invitation letter etc) one month back and now I am about to fix an appointment.

Please help me in answering above questions.
