visa is expiring on jun 30th

Hi All,

I want to know if I can still apply for tourist visa for my parents. My husband is sponsoring him and his h1 is getting expired on Jun 30th 2010. His company has already filled for its extension.

I have one more question. If by any chance my parents get the visa rejection, do they need to pay again the Visa fees to attain the interview?

Yes. He would still be able to apply for a visitors visa for the parents. They would have to pay the fees again if rejected.
