How can I sponsor my niece come to US for an visit?

My husband & I are US citizen. We have good income. I like to sponsor my 25 years old niece come over for an visit. Is it possible? And what procedure do I have to start? She doesn't want to live here, she just wants come over for 6 months or a years if possible. Or can we sponsor her as a au-pair? If we do, what kind of paper I need to do? Any of your help will be appreciate.

Thank you so much for the quick respond. My only concern is: she is 26 years old, is it possible for her to get an visa? I know that older people a lot easy than the young one. Have you hear anyone can get an visa here for visit as a young age?

of course its possible ..for any age..more difficult yes but of course possible..
u should just check earlier posts to see the examples...
will be helpful if she have very strong ties that she can prove will bring her back to her country!

i dont think from the first time they will give her visa "for a years" but for 6 months yes.
but again its always depend on individual case.....nobody can pridict anything ...from what i read here its very unpredictable and always very very different...
