need suggestions Visitor visa rejected said we dont believe you will come back
Hi all i need help,
i am on H1 and my wife is on H4,
my mother-in-law rejected for 3 times with this to get visitors visa, because my wife is pregnant and she has to take complete bed rest as doctor said i got immigration letter from doctor still she got rejected, questions asked and she replied was:
Q: where do you want to travel
A: USA
Q: why do you want to go there
A: My daughter is pregnant and she need to get complete bed rest also she need family member with her and also shown them the letter from doctor
Q: what is your husband doing?
A: they have printing press business
thats all, finally they said we are not believing on you that you will be come back so cant give you visa
she replied my youngest daughter is studying here also my i have lots of properties and family business set here, but there is no way to get replied,
