Hello,
Looking for advice about applying for B2 Visa for my sister (age 39), brother in law (age 42) and nephew (age 6) to visit US for 2 weeks in May. Both of them are working with feasible holiday/travel time in April and May. They have not traveled to a different country before.
1. As they have recently purchased some real estate, they do not have substantial finances currently to prove they can undertake travel and stay expenses. Can I, (the brother-on a work Visa here in US and no GC), sponsor the travel and stay expenses by showing my finances (either of Indian or US)?
2. My sister has to be back in India by mid May to attend some certification tests and nephew needs to be back for school in June. Does this, their real estate and their respective jobs showcase sufficient ties back to home country ?
3. Any dos and donts that would be recommended in this case ?
Appreciate the assistance. Kindly advise.
