Will withdrawing I-130 petition help getting Visitor Visa

Hello,
Will withdrawing I-130 petition (1 year old) for sibling help their case to get visitor visa to US? Sibling has no interest to immigrate- will be 60 when priority date comes through- too late to resettle, restart. But would like to have the option of visiting as tourist every year. Please advise. Will withdrawing help get visitor visa? Thanks

I doubt, because once you have shown immigration intent then it stays with you. Even if you withdraw, how will you prove that you won't file I130 again for him/her.
