H1B at dehli counslate where to stamp Visitors visa

Hi I belong to madhya pradesh and my couslate is mumbai counslate. But due to some urgent work i had to get my H1B stamped at New Dehli counslate. So next time for my wife i told her to get her H4 visa stamped at New Dehli. Now i want to call my mother on Visitors visa, which counslate should i choose ? New Dehli where my visa was stamped or Mumbai which is default counslate for my region.

I don't want my mother's visa to be rejected just because she went to New Dehli instead of Mumbai nor i want her visa to get rejected because my visa was stamped at New Dehli and she went to mumbai.

Can any1 please help me
