DS 160 form: Need help Preparer Section

I am filling DS-160 form for my mother. In the preparer section, I put all my details. But, In the "Relationship" section, should I put "Mother" as I am filling the form OR put "son" ?
Please answer!!

You would put your relationship to the applicant (i.e. son)
