Hi,
My parents visa was recently rejected in Hyderabad and were given the 214(b) form.
The first time in 2006, my cousin sponsored their visa as my husband was on bench and we did not have the pay stubs to show. The reason for rejection was that my father, a Math lecturer, might try for a job here.
This time, we sponsored the visa and my parents were asked about my cousin who sponsored the first time. They were also asked as to why, me and my husband did not sponsor the first time.
1. We would like to try again, how long should we wait before applying?
2. What kind of questions can we expect?
3. How do we answer when they ask why we did not sponsor the first time?
