Impact on B1/B2 VISA if H1B case is denied

Hi,

My h1b visa application was picked up last year and then denied due to lack of client letter. I am currently holding B1/B2 Visa. What the is impact in this visa because of h1b denial? When I go for renewal of B1/B2 Visa, will I not be eligible for automatic renewal? Do I need apply freshly?

I don't think you are eligible for IWP (dropbox) now. H1B visa rejection (because of lack of client letter) has no impact on your B1/B2 application. However B1/B2 has its own requirement, as long as you fulfill those requirements you should be good to get the visa easily.
