Issue with bar code on confirmation page

Hello,

My parent's were turned back from the consulate because the bar code in confirmation page did not match consulate's records. They were appearing for their visitor visa. Has this happened to anyone where the bar code in the confirmatio page was not accepted by the consulate.

This seems to be an issue with the consulate's visa application system.

It is doubtful that consulate system is wrong. It may be an error when you scheduled the visa interview.
