Green card in process

Hi,

My husband in on H1 and we are in a process to get the visitor visa for my parents.

His company also filing the green card for him. we have submitted all the required paper to the company lawyer. So it might take a day or two that his green card will be filled by end of this week. I want know do I need to mention this green card process in any of the tourist visa documents for my parents? Where and what I need to mention about this information.
