B2 visa - not returning back to home country

Hi, My parents have 10 year B2 visas for visiting USA and also tourist visa for visiting UK where my sister lives. They are old ~ 65+. They don't want to go back to India at all. Is it possible to stay 6 months in USA and 6 months in UK every year? Will this cause problems if they do this every year continuously? They plan to sell or rent out the home they have in India.

It won't be a problem from US perspective for 2-3 years, but if they notice the pattern for more years, then it may be questioned.
