Visa b2 pregnant registered in hospital

Hello so I’m a us citizen my girlfriend has a visa b2 she is pregnant I have insurance form my work I already registered her in the hospital. There will be a problem if we pass thru the border?Customs could deny her entry to US?

Assuming she is not in USA right now. Most probably the VO will deny her entry into USA, noticing that she is pregnant & she is planning to visit USA only to give birth to the child in USA, so that the child can get US citizenship.

Better if you get her an K1 visa first, then show that your intent to get married with her could help - just a thought.
