Visa Denied

We were refused to give a tourist visa on 30 april 2010. he asked some very simple and genuine questions .but due to problem in communicating
with him in english , we can not answer him properly . he rejected the visa . should we apply again shortly . as we have planned to go in usa in
june to enjoy summer vacations .We want to take interview in punjabi this time.should we take?please tell.

You should take the appointment again in the language you are comfortable in.
