urgent:I-134 Q8,9, 10

Hello,
My husband is on h1 visa for last 4 years and I came here 2 yrs ago on h4 visa. 3 months ago,I got a job and changed my status to h1. My husband is now going to sponsor my parents(his in-laws) to visit USA on a visitor visa. They have never been to US before. My question is:
Q8: should we write my name as a partially/wholly dependent?
Q9:What should be our answer?
Q10:We just started our greencard processing through his company, and not yet cleared the labour, how should we answer this?
