1)I am trying to get visa interview dates for my parents but not able to get any dates.I s there any other way??

Have one doubt,

2)While taking interview dates vfs site asks for courier address, do we need to giv same address which we mention on DS 160??

3)since we my parents stay in small town can i giv my cousin's address in mumbai??

1. Keep trying for the dates. Since this is busy season, dates are getting filled up very fast.
2. Courier address can be different than the DS160 address.
3. Since you say its a small town, blue dart would not service your location. So once u give your address, it will propose you to use BLUE DART HAL location. HAL means Hold at location. In this case, you have to collect passport from Blue dart office.
You can give any courier address you like depending upon your comfort level.
