  • Help with B1/B2 visa

I’m glad i found this forum. I need a little help on my application.

I am a Ghanaian citizen but a permanent resident in Mali as i have my business that i do here. I have met an American man online and we have been chatting for months now. He usually has only 2 weeks holidays from work every year and we are planning to meet in USA for just 7 days in August because i can’t abandon my business more than a week. Now my contemplation is Should he send me an invitation or should i apply by myself as a tourist going for an event ..? Please help me as I want to be well prepared before June.

    i have my business registration
    i have my resident card
    i have my rent documents
i have traveled to Germany before and returned on time
i have an account in my name which has cash inflows

    Hi Member,
Now my contemplation is Should he send me an invitation or should i apply by myself as a tourist going for an event ..?
Answer: From your Information, I think you can consider both the way. All you need is to go with truth information. As long as you meet the B visa requirements, you can get the things achieved.
Please let me know, if you have processed the visa and travelled to the USA. Please share your experience too.
    Thanks

first, invitation letters are not required for B2 visa applicants; second, they have no positive value in an interview; third, trying to evade the truth by making up some excuse to go to the US will likely fail and brand you as someone who is dishonest.
