Interview dates - Hyderabad Consulate

Hi,

I had been trying for B2 tourist visa interview dates for my in laws..
but the site is always busy and asks to check later...

Can anyone guide me what to do..
Can I send an email query to the Hyderabad consulate regarding the same...will it help or create more problems for my in laws visa ?

Please guide me...
