Sir/Madam,
I had VISA interview to USA on 07.05.2010 at Chennai which was rejected under section 214B without specifically mentioning the reason for rejection. To re-apply, I need to pay again VISA fees. After how many days I can apply online. If I was rejected on the ground that I am single, what is the possibility that 2nd time, it will be accepted as I cannot get married at a short notice. In fact I had with me, leave sanctioned letter from my employer (I am working with Indian Ra***ays for last 13 years) for a specific period, financial statement, invitation letter from my Sister (she is working in NICHD - a USA Federal Government Institute on J1 VISA and would be returning back to India next year 2011), return air tickets (onward 17.06.2010 and back 06.07.2010), but they didn't asked anything. If I didn't get VISA, I would be loosing on air tickets cancellation. Please guide me how to clear the interview for 2nd time.
