ds-160 US previous travel with other countries

Hello Everyone
I tried to find any thread related to my problem but couldn't find one so submitting this as a new thread.

I am from Bangladesh and filling up 2 ds-160 forms for my aunt and her daughter. I was looking at the help pdf guide of ds-160. It says to fill up previous US travel information if any plus travel information of other countries. I filled up the US travel info ( she traveled previously once ) but when I tried to fill up other countries travel info couldn't find anything to choose the name of those countries. When i click add another, it only ask for date of arrival, how long did she stay but there is no option to choose the country.

But in the guide its clearly said to fillup the information of other countries that she prevoiusly visited. I wonder how to do that. Please help me urgently.

Thanks a lot. Just filling the previous US travels only ignoring the tours to other countries.

Hey everyone,
I am from Bangladesh and I am filling up the DS-160 form for my father.I cannot fill up the "your name in native alphabet part".I tried writing it in MS word and pasting it in the form but the words get pasted in English.Please help me out with this as soon as possible.
