B2 - second DS160 form

Hi,

I had submitted my in laws DS160 form as SELF SPONSOR.
But I have NOT taken the appointment yet..
But I will be the one sponsoring the visa...

Please reply to below questions.
1) Can I submit a second DS160 for the same persons since we have NOT booked the appointment yet ?
2) Is there a way to edit submitted DS160 form ?

2. If you have saved it locally, updload it and make the changes. Otherwise, start all over again.
