We want to go to us for tourism. My parents have 20yrs work experience In govt. I'm a 25 yr old,recent graduate, unmarried. Will they grant us b1/b2 visa. Or am I too old to be their dependent. Kindly help.

You should apply for B2 visa only. They might give you B1/B2 visa.
You can still be dependent on your parents, but that will reduce chances for your visa approval.
Though, young, single, not earning applicant already have less chances for tourist visa.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
