My wife and I are US citizens. my wife applied for her sisters GC under F4 category about 3 years ago and it is still under process. now my wife asked me to sponser her sister for a visitor visa. So, I sent all of my paperwork indicating that I am sponsoring my sister in law for a visitor visa.
My wife need some help with new baby and it would be helpful if her sister is here. Her sister is in early 30s, married also but no kids yet.
what are the chances of getting the visa? should the sister deny if VO ask if any pending GC process under your name.? how would VO would know the process at all since it will take another 13+ years for her GC to come thru. Also, why would anyone jeopartize their GC process by overstaying their visitor visa. just wondering..any comment/suggestions
