    Adjustment of status

    I need advice on adjustment of status. I am a US citizen living in Ontario with my Canadian wife. We were married last Summer in Canada and I moved there. We have decided we want to live in The States simply because the cost of living is too high in Canada. I am scheduled to start a job in The States...

    well, I'm assuming your spouse doesn't have a green card? to start, you will have to apply for her spousal visa. When she gets to the states, she'll get her GC automatically.
