Can I Take Interview Date?

Hi All Friends,

I am studying in NZ, and I was applying USA visitor visa in Feb/2009, I pay Fee, fill up the form online and take print out, but unfortunately for personal reason I couldn't select date of visa interview..

so now I Need to again fill up the form and choose the date or I don't know.

As I know USA Visitor visa fee valid 1yr.

Please Help me,
